I build systems that ship — and the frameworks that let others do the same.

I'm a production AI systems builder who lives at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. My career path didn't start in code — it started in enterprise sales at Uber and Upwork, where I spent years understanding how revenue teams actually work. That experience is why I build AI differently: every system I design ships with the operator in mind, not just the architecture.

Today, I lead AI & Automation for a 50+ person GTM organization at Atlas HXM, a global Employer-of-Record platform. I own production AI from problem framing with the VP of Growth through architecture, build, reliability, and operator adoption. I've shipped 8+ production automations that auto-screen deals against compliance frameworks, prepare reps for calls, automate post-call follow-ups, and govern enrichment spend — all built on hybrid architectures where LLMs handle the messy text and deterministic code makes every decision auditable.

I'm also the author of ROSTR, a published framework for production-grade multi-agent systems that formalizes how to compile intent, retrieve knowledge, classify work phases, allocate agents, and persist state across sessions. The framework is the backbone of the Center of Excellence system I built at Atlas, which cuts idea-to-scoped-project from 4–8 hours to under 30 minutes.

Outside of work, I serve as a precinct captain for Chicago's 48th Ward, where I built Your48 — a civic intelligence platform connecting residents in Edgewater, Uptown, and Andersonville to their local government. It handles precinct directory, business licenses, constituent intake, and a public ward dashboard — all at $0/month infrastructure cost.

I split my time between building, writing, music, and photography. I believe the best systems are invisible — they do the work so people don't have to think about them. I build with that principle every day.

What I believe

AI should be boring. The best AI systems aren't flashy demos — they're the ones that run silently, reliably, and operators forget exist because they just work. I build AI that operates like plumbing, not fireworks.

Rules live in code, not in the model's head. Every production system I build uses LLMs for what they're good at (reading messy text) and deterministic code for what matters (making decisions that need to be repeatable, auditable, and legally defensible).

Ship for the operator. A system that only the builder can run doesn't count. I ship 30+ reusable Claude skills and agents so non-technical reps can self-serve — because scaling to 50 users shouldn't scale the risk.

Civic infrastructure matters. I built Your48 because government technology shouldn't cost $50,000 in consulting fees. It should be fast, transparent, and nearly free to operate — and it should make residents' lives measurably better.
