Today I lead AI & Automation for a 50-person GTM org at Atlas HXM. I own production AI from problem framing with the VP of Growth through architecture, build, reliability, and operator adoption. I've shipped 8+ production automations that auto-screen deals against compliance frameworks, prepare reps for calls, automate post-call follow-ups, and govern enrichment spend.
I'm also the author of ROSTR, a published framework for production-grade multi-agent systems — the backbone of the Center of Excellence I built at Atlas, which cuts idea-to-scoped-project from 4–8 hours to under 30 minutes.
Outside of work, I serve as a precinct captain for Chicago's 48th Ward, where I built Your48 — a civic intelligence platform connecting residents to their government at $0/month infrastructure cost.
